It doesn't seem to matter where I look, I cant find a copy of the book that has the crystalmancy college in it(it is one of the FH or FHC books) but I was wondering if anyone had that college available in a prefab or something. The new FH book had no spells. T_T Can anyone help me?

Re: Need designing a magic system Thanks guys, now that I look at it that makes sense. Now I am wondering how I should write the spells up though. I am thinking about using a VP, but am not to sure if that would cause balanceing issues, or if I should just write a bunch of spells up and say those are standard and if players have anymore ideas they should talk to me.....what do you think(imho, I liked the second book a whole lot more than the first book.) btw, thank you for the summary of the Charter John Desmaris. I recently lost internet at my house(and it has been a while since I have read any of the books.)so I apologize for my silence. So what do you guys think, VP or Spell List?

I am trying to design the magic system used in The Abhorsen series by Garth Nix(Sabriel, Lirael, Abhorsen). Not really looking for designing the necromancy stuff, though it would be cool, just looking at The Charter for now. Any one have any ideas?

Re: Casual Survey: Age of players and Hero's utility vs. other games I'm 19, Champions(4th Ed) was my first time roleplaying ever, I am okay w/D&D, but I like the flexibility(if you want a super energy bomb of doom, well if the GM will go for it, here's how....). I have GM'd a few times, I really like the system, currently I am playing in the d10 Roll-Keep system w/Legend of the Five Rings, which works better for that setting and nowhere else. I like HERO alot though, ease of use(2+ brain cells) and its infinite possibilities.

I have a character who is a programmer. I want to know how I would buy an AI for they character, or rather, what I would buy the AI as. Can anyone help?
