  1. Re: My superhero characters Thanks for the compliment Legatus. Here are a couple of more drawings. The first one is Aqua Woman, I am going to make a semi-fictional Justice League, Aqua Woman would be the Grand Daughter of Aquaman. I was going to make several more that would be the grown grand children of some of the original Justice League. The second drawing is a bust of Wonder Woman.
  2. Re: Could someone help me? It has some great villians in it. I remember my parents getting it for me at toy'r'us I think back in the early 80's. I did not play RPG's but drew alot and that is why I wanted it.
  3. Re: Could someone help me? That's fine. I found it today and is old as the hills. I actually read the terms of posting after I posted this and figured it couldn't be posted. Thanks anyway.
  4. I was digging through alot of junk i have and found this book, I forgot I had. It is book with a collection of supervillians for use with Champions, the role playing game. All of the villians (33 of them) have ratings just like all the hero and villians on here. This book is from the mid 80's, maybe earlier than that. All of the drawings of the characters are from 1981 so the book maybe from the same year. The book doesn't have the cover, so I don't know what year it is from. I was wondering if you guy's would like to have them on here, if they are not already on here. I would take no credit for them, other than postong their powers, etc. Permission is given from the authour in the book to modify the character as you wish to fit your campaign. The names of some of the characters are:Avar-7, Fox, dragon master, binder,Ray, sunburst, black mamba, shamrock, cobra. There are many more, I just named a few to see if they rang a bell with anyone. Let me know and I'll post them if needed.
  5. Re: My superhero characters I decided to bust out the paper and pencils and draw comic book characters again. I have not done this in a long time. I had to look at a pose from the marvel universe and draw it. Hopefully after drawing a few more like this, i can start drawing poses without looking at them again. This is also the first time I have ever colored a character in PSP. So hopefully that will get better too.
  6. Re: My superhero characters Do you mean the stats and stuff, such as strength, etc.? I do not play RPG games and I am not familiar how to do them. I Found this forum, while looking for a place to post my characters. I have always liked designing characters. If someone wants to show me how or do some of my characters is fine. I haven't a clue how to do those.
  7. Re: My superhero characters Here is guy from that same sketch book named Keen. He was thought of by a friend of mine in college. He is a ninja/batman type. No superhuman powers. But well trained in many forms of combat and super fit.
  8. Re: My superhero characters Here is a Superhero I made a long time ago. I found an old sketch book that had a bunch of guys I made up. This was an Eskimo named Tundra. He has the ability to freez things and shoot ice.
  9. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Here are three more from the Marvel Universe book of the dead that I found in some junk after many many years. All three have been Captain America at some point. The first is The Spirit of 76 (Capt. America II),he was killed by a robot, the second one is The Patriot (Capt. America III), he came to Capt. America II rescue, was inspired by him and became the 3rd one. Third is The Grand Director, was obsessed with Capt. America, he was promised to become the 4th Cap and take the identity of the original. The Super Serum, basically made him crazy. He was in suspended animation, eventually got out, went after Cap1 and eventually became the Grand director. He could not cope with his unstable mind and activated a suicide device in his Grand Director uniform and incenerated himself.
  10. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine All of those from the Incredibles are great!
  11. Re: Less Hodge, but more podge. All of your characters are great! I always look forward to seeing what you have come up with next.
  12. Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine I was going through some old stuff and found these old Marvel Universe book of the dead. It has a bunch of deceased Marvel characters. Here are two that first appeared in Incredible Hulk #182 (their first appearance and their origin). They are Hammer and Anvil. They were killed in Marvel Fanfare #29. They were cuffed together by the energy snythecon. It gave them Super Human Strength and resistance. Hammer was shot in the head and killed by the assassin Scourge, which also killed Anvil, beacuse he was attached to the energy synthecon when Hammer died.
  13. Re: My superhero characters Here is another one that I did back in Sept. of 05. This is the story from then, I just copied and pasted it, just like the previous two stories. I am not a writer, so be kind....lol. I am including the original version done on Heromachine. I have some drawings of him I may post at some point. He was another guy I came up with in my college days. Precision, Stealth, and Deadliness are three things to sum up Assassin X. Very few things are known about the history of the assassin android project, except Assassin droid X is the most lethal of the 10 versions made. The latter versions (8,9, and 10) are the only the only ones still in exsistance. A scientific genius named Eugene Stratsky was the mastermind behind the assassin android project. He was hired by the top secret military weapons manufacter Traxor to develop this program. The program has been in existance for close to 15 years. The first few versions of the androids were of little success. They were nothing more than robots, that had little to no reasoning skills at all, basically a shooting dummy. Stratsky was determined to make this project a success and thought of ways to give the robots artificial intelligence. Robots 4 and 5 were given artificial intelligence. But again the robots were very slow to react and were easily taken apart in combat situations. Traxor was beginning to become aggrivated with the many failed attempts, which were costing billions of dollars. In the final attempt, Stratsky hit upon the future of assassins and elite super soldiers. Though, not a complete success, in comparisons of what was to come. This was a success in Traxors eyes. Stratsky, had a Navy Seal captured by Traxor. Through long hours of surgerys and modifications to the Navy Seal, an adroid with far more capabilities, than the previous attempts was made. Assassin VI was mostly robot, but could think rationally and reason like a human. Seeing what they had, Traxor had another identical version made named Assassin VII. After the two were made and the blue prints secured, they decided Eguene Stratsky had served his purpose and was to be terminated by his own creations. They realized that statsky could sell his ideas to the highest bidder and give Traxor unwanted competition. Stratsky was ambushed by the two androids. He was beaten and shot several times. He was left for dead, but managed to survive. After several months. He was determined to destroy Traxor for what they had done to him. What Traxor did not realize, was that Stratsky was secretly building two other versions, this time, using the minds of some of the most elite in military training and combat. One was a Russian mercenary named Vladimir Petaroff. He was highly trained in many forms of combat and was considered a coldblooded killer by many. The other was a former Army Rangar that was mentally unstable and not able to cope with civilian life. He was trained to kill and was not able to get it out of his system. Stratsky's thought was to get men, that were evil and showed no compassion. This was to drive the two androids. Also the androids were fed information on every aspect of combat in the history of man. What emerged was two very lethal killing machines. Assassins VIII and IX. To get revenge upon Traxor, The Assassin droids were released on the Traxor corporation. They used many secret weapons to try to stop the androids but nothing worked. Assassins VI and VII proved to be no match for the new androids. They were quickly disposed of, as was Traxor. Stratsky used this battle as a training for his newest creations. Over the next year he refined his skills and made Assassin X. Assassin X is made from a man named Richard Harvey, a martial arts expert, burglar, and a sniper. Assassin X is able to think own his own and is able to make many complex decisions at once. He is loyal to Stratsky, but is mostly human, unlike the other versions. He contracts himself out to the highest bidder and his considered a very deadly foe by everyone. Assassin X has super strength, perfect eyesite, perfect aim, and very fast reflexes. He is very intimidating in appearance, with a white metal head and a skull and crossbones on his metal body.
  14. Re: Corven's Heroes & Villains All of those are great. I like Sinister Squadron.
  15. Re: My superhero characters This is another character I made about 5 years ago, he is just a small time criminal and not much of threat to most superheros. I will post some of the other characters in this bio at some point. The League of Nations (not to be confused with the League of Nations from WorldWar era) is like a peace keeping force, similiar to the UN, but made of Superheros, sponsored by their country. These heros are considered the most loyal to their countries government, not necessarily to the citizens of that country. They are mentioned briefly in here. This is the bio for Slither: James Powell was a small time crook. He robbed the occasional convenient store or gas station to makes ends meet. The one thing he always had a fasination for was snakes. He had many types of exotic snakes, many of them very deadly. James always wanted the good life, but knew he would never get it, especially off of just robbing gas stations. He knew the only way to make any money in this shady business was to work for a crime lord. The local crime lord in Eden(just a name until I can think of something better.) City was a man named D. Vic Costello. He had an influence on just about every business in the city. The local law enforcement stayed out of his business due to his power. He also gave the local government very generous donations to stay out of his hair. He also had a reputation for making criminals "special". Vic owned a science lab called Geneticorp. The rumor was he scientifically enhanced everyday criminals into supervillians. There was a catch to this however. You soley worked for costello and you would remain totally loyal to his cause. If not you would suffer diar consequences from Vics hitmen. Powell worked for Costello for several months to prove his loyalty. At this point Powell was sent to Genticorp. After many test, Powell was ready for the transformation. He was given several shots of an unknown substance. His body them began to transform, which was very painful at first. Then chemicals given to him made his body very flexible. Powell was now able to twist and turn his body at will. He was basically like a human rubberband. He body was now able to with stand bullets and other types of attacks. He could now make himself paper thin and slide under doors and vaults. This made him the perfect burglar and robber. Vic sent him all over the world stealing precious artifacts from museums and banks. He assumed the identity of Slither, due to his love for snakes. He is a coward as far as fighting is concerned and will run away when he is in danger. He is a threat to the everyday citizen, but not much of a problem to a superhero. As of right now Powell is in the Maximun security prison for Super Villians. He was apprehended by members of the League of Nations, while trying to steal a rare diamond from a museuem in Milan, Itlay.
