Adjustment Powers and Long-Term END

6e2 p133, the section on Affecting Long-Term Endurance states: "At the GM’s option, characters can buy Adjustment
Powers and other abilities intended to affect only a character’s LTE, not his regular END."

 

Based on that, I assume Adjustment Powers that are bought to affect END, not specifically LTE, do not have any affect on LTE? For example, say a character is down 10 LTE and 10 "Regular" STUN; will Healing vs END do this character any good?

That’s correct — Adjustment Powers bought to affect END have no effect on LTE — unless, of course, the GM rules otherwise.
