Warehouse District
Adjoining part of the waterfront is the warehouse district. Most of the warehouse district is industrial and low cost but recent land prices have caused some folk to be more inventive. A section of older warehouses has been renovated and houses a burgeoning fashion district utilizing the large spaces and cheap workers for clothing shows.
