The campaign is set in San Angelo in California’s Central Valley using 6E rules and San Angelo books. The heroes are members of the Junior Justice Foundation, are in 9th or 10th grade at Juan Madera High School, which is near the UC San Angelo campus in the University Commons neighborhood.
