How many files can you use on HCM?

So wanted to run a very large combat session on HCM but don't know how many I can load on it.

I have had up to 50 combatants in HCM at a time.  There isn't a limit (except for RAM or maybe something in Java) to limit how many files (and or characters) can be loaded into HCM.

 

A fair warning, no matter what 'tool' (paper, HCM, spreadsheet, etc) you use to manage a large number of combatants in Hero a single turn will take a significant amount of table time to run through.  If I were you I would try loading and running a scenario with a large number combatants.
