I'm seeing this fairly often. It's not creating a problem for me (I can always follow the link back to the Forums), but it might be a symptom of some other issue. It gives the error code of, "2S136/J".

 

I have not noticed a pattern about when it appears.

Offhand, sounds like you're following a link (or cached/saved page) for "next unread topic" -- that will return the above message when there are no unread topics (e.g. you've marked the site as read).

I'm usually following the, "Next unread topic" link. It's rare for me to be following any links to a forum post that aren't generated by the forum software (next unread topic, notifications, etc).
