Oruncrest
Re: Cost for Dis Ads. Originally posted by Argus I would like to know what you would give for the cost on disadvantages. The costs here are from the Master Lists. Example: Tone Deaf: Phys. lim.: Infrequent, Slightly: 5 Points Color Blind: Phys. lim.: Infrequent, Slightly: 5 Points Forgetful: Psych. Lim.: Common, Moderate: 10 Common, Strong: 15 Common, Total: 20 Hates Women who laugh at him: This sounds more like a Quirk from GURPS. I'd give you 1 point for it 'cause it's too situational. Falls in love every adventure: Not mentioned in the Master Lists, but sounds like a Very Common, Moderate Psych Lim, worth 15 pts. Similar limitations would be Quick to fall in love (Very Common, Strong, 15pts.) and Seeks True Love (Common Strong, 15pts And any other Disadvantages you would like to post. Go to The Master Lists. That should help you quite a bit. Thanks. You're welcome.
Argus
Master List yeah I knew about the master list I was just trying to get other people's ideas for dis ads.. Besides the Master List is broken, every thing over the Letter L is gone. A.
yamamura
Hates Women who laugh at him: I would call this uncommon (5pts) and given hate is a strong emotion I would go no lower then strong (another 5pts) for a total of 10. But I would make sure the person plays it and would actively finds way to deal with the lady that had laugh at him (or her.. Carrie anyone?). Otherwise it would only be a quirk. Remember it stops being a quirk when it begins to have a major impact on a persons life. G
