"This page isn't working"

My PC can't get the Hero Games page to load. I have no idea why -- my phone seems to have no issue. Whatever address I type in, I get a 500 error message on the page /admin/install. What am I doing wrong? Or should I be exorcising gremlins?

Try ctrl-shift-delete on Windows to bring up option to clear browser cache. That should chase gremlins away.

I had the same problem a few days ago. I kept getting a 500 error on my laptop, although I could access the site via my phone. I cleared my cookies, which didn't seem to work. But after turning off my computer for the night and turning it back on, I had no problems. I also contacted the mods about the problem.

When I worked at Intel the lead engineer had an absolutely brilliant out of office notification.  It said have you tried rebooting the system.  That actually “fixed” a lot of the problems people contacted him about.
