Ndreare
I use a power to summon a base do I stil have to pay the ful cost for the base also? Example Summon Ignars Impenatrable Fortress: Summon 100 point Base Loylty +1 = 40 AP Ignars Impenatrable Fortress: 50+50 AP base =10 points. Does the second purchase have to be made? Steve Long
No, that would utterly defeat the point of Summon. If that were the case, characters would have to buy as Followers whatever they Summoned, which wouldn’t make much sense. But by the same token, allowing unlimited Summonings of objects could become unbalancing, which is why GMs examine such abilities carefully (and often forbid them) and players should approach such constructs responsibly.
