Pegasus
So...how do these work together? Do they work together? Can extra DC be added somehow to arrows (or any other trick ammo) that do entangle or darkness or NND attacks? Should I just buy ranged CSLs instead? JmOz
I have allowed the OCV/DCV modifiers to effect, but only on arrows that do damage by impackt (Blunts and Sharps) will I allow extra DV
Vanguard
I haven't had my GM rule one way or another but I've tended to follow along with JmOz. If the arrow does direct damage then I give the extra DC's . . if it doesn't (Like say an AoE arrow) then I just give any CV bonuses and leave it at that. dugfromthearth
given that you can buy +1d6 RKA OIF-gun of opportunity to reflect doing more damage with guns because you place shots better in the chest and head, I don't see why you couldn't get increased damage from ranged attacks with a martial maneuver to indicate the same thing. I would not allow that to apply to AoE, but see no reason why an electrified arrow couldn't get the bonus.
Vanguard
Right DftE, Recurve, my archer, has a Shock and a Charged Arrow (basically one doing normal damage the other Stun only). When I use those, I add the extra DC's from the martial art but if I use my MIRV Arrow (AoE), I just get any bonuses.
