Zeropoint
Does anyone know of a site where I could get some kind of three-dimensional coordinates for nearby stars? I've found lists sorted by distance and brightness, and I've found a cool 3D map, but what I really want is just a list of where the stars are, so I can make sure my game universe matches reality. Barwickian
Winchell Chung's website tells you all you need to know, and provides links to several sets of catalogue data. http://www.projectrho.com/starmap.html

Zeropoint Try the Astrogators Handbook at http://www.scifi-az.com/astronomy/astrogators_handbook.htm They have a free sample you can download.
