Drain vs Armor (Battlesuits)

Acroyear II

Question

If a hero uses Drain vs Armor on a villain wearing a battlesuit (his focus), and all the Armor points are drained, does the whole battlesuit therefore crumble to dust? Or is the battlesuit still intact, just with no Armor DEF and therefore subject to having it's associated powers "broken" by follow up attacks that do BODY above it's remaining DEF?

Also, in the Drain vs Armor (focus) example above, is the battlesuit subject to the standard 5 Active Point return rate allowed by the Drain power or excluded because it is considered an object?

The exact outcome is going to depend on the GM's interpretation of the special effects involved, whether the Focus has other powers, whether the Focus is Breakable or Unbreakable, common sense, dramatic sense, and other such factors. There's no one set answer.

The only rule excluding objects from regaining Drained points is the rule about Drain BODY on 5E 100. Objects regain points lost to Drain ordinarily, unless the GM rules otherwise or some Power Modifier affects things.
