Steve Long Posted March 12, 2003 Report Share Posted March 12, 2003 OK, if I follow you, you mean pay the normal rate to buy the double-the-number-of-forms, then also pay to buy the forms one at a time. I don't really see the need for that, either. Just buy the forms and then have the GM dole 'em out as needed, or let the player (if he's sufficiently responsible) add to his "library" of forms as appropriate.
