I have just finished a rather condesending discussion with Dan about the Advantage "Works against EGO not Str +1/4" I was informed that since the advantage "Wasn't Defined" that it would not be part of HD. Now to me if the book says to use an Advantage the *&%$^ character creation program SHOULD have it as a standard option NOT a "Custom modifier"

 

The rules question: what is the defination of this Advantage? and is really required for Mental paralyzis?

The definition, purpose, and use of the Advantage are as explained in the book. I really don't see what more there is I can say about it that's not covered under "Entangle." Is there some aspect of it in particular that you're unclear about? If the question is, "Is it required for a "Mental Paralysis" Entangle?", then the answer is most definitely "Yes."
