Combining Powers Questions

I would like to have an Entangle that also has Lack Of Weakness of it. The Entangle has a variety of advantages on it. Do I have to put the same advantages on the Lack Of Weakness, or does the Lack Of Weakness pick up the needed advantages from the Entangle.

 

For Example: The Entangle has Hardened Defense on it. Do I need to put Hardened Defence on the Lack Of Weakness?

 

Also, Lack Of Weakness does not have a range. Do I need to put a range of the Entangle's Lack Of Weakness?

What you're doing is giving Lack Of Weakness to something other than yourself. That involves the Usable By Others Advantage in some form, and the rules for that, combined with how you build the power, are going to govern how it works.
