Let's say you have a Multipower wherein each of the slots is Hand-To-Hand Attack (for example, maybe a brick would buy the Agile Haymaker, Augmented Haymaker, and Rapid Haymaker brick tricks from TUB in a 3-slot "Haymaker Tricks" MP). Since the "Hand-To-Hand Attack (-1/2)" Limitation applies to all of the slots, could it be applied to the MP reserve as well, per the rules on page 207 of H5E? Thanks!
