Katherine
Re: How would you build Temporal Immutability? Wow this is a pretty complicated construct. Thanks for all the suggestions. I didn't consider the "Terminator" scenario at all.
CrosshairCollie
Re: How would you build Temporal Immutability? Star Hero's Time Travel section mentions LS: Immunity to Timeshifts, so I'd go that way. So, drop three points, go back in time, kill your grandfather for that 'pull my finger' routine, and not fade into oblivion!
Kristopher
Re: How would you build Temporal Immutability? Dang. I see the thread, say to myself that you've gotta have Detect Timeline Distortion, get ready to post, scroll down and find you've beaten me to it. You guys are good. :-) Scott Bennie That's because they saw your post, went back in time, told themselves to post the idea, and changed the timeline. (If you look closely at my character sheet, you'll note that I spent those 3 pts on LS: Immunity to Temporal Shifts/Distortions for a reason. At the time, everyone laughed...but of course, only I remember that now... )
zaras
Re: How would you build Temporal Immutability? speaking as lu-tze loyal follower of the order of cronos it would be some form of major transform self only, cumulative, always on, zero end, difficult to dispell, persistent, uncontrolled. of course this is all dependant on your theory of time....if you are immortal would you be changed by someone going back in time and changing things? Not ageing is kind of part way there to temporal imutability.

Cinniuint
Re: How would you build Temporal Immutability? I would throw my vote in with LS: Temporal alterations, and define what that means, clearly. 3 points would be overcosted in most campaigns, but I would require payment anyway. A few points spent on flavor are usually very well spent.
