If you have a +1/2 Variable Advantage (a +1 modifier) as a Naked Advantage, and take Requires a Skill Roll as a Limitation on the Naked Advantage, would the penalty to the RSR roll be based on the Active Points reflecting the full +1 Advantage of V.A., or just the +1/2 Advantage that's actually being applied? I can see logical reasons to go either way. Thanks!
