CraterMaker
Hi, I'm making a SuperVillian who is terminally ill and staves off death with regular infusions of the life-force of others. This doesn't kill the donor unless the process goes on too long. He needs a big piece of machinery to do it, and can store the life force in cannisters for (mis)use later. A usefull side effect of the process is that it gives the recipient of this life force some of the memories of the donor, and occasionally speech habits and mannerisms. The villain sometimes uses this as an information gathering technique, usually unknown to the donor. How do you build a power that affects a person but doesn't convey information untill a set condition is met? (I.E. the villian absorbs the stored life force) Trigger and time delay don't seem right for it, but maby I'm overlooking something.... freakboy6117
Re: How would you do this? Cost 13 end 7 Retrocognitive Clairsentience (Sight, Hearing, Smell/Taste And Touch Groups) (70 Active Points); No Conscious Control (-2), Precognition/Retrocognition Only (-1), Only Through The Senses Of Others (-1/2), Vague and Unclear (-1/2), Time Modifiers (-1/2) looks about right you could add another limitation if it only works for the most recent donor but perhaps he accumulates experience from all his donors. Maybe a few skill levels might be appropriate too because he has additional experience from all his victims The rest can be covered using disadvantages Distinctive feature erratic behavior mannerisms and vocal pattern Social limitation disturbingly erratic behavior Physical limitation tourrettes like symptoms? CraterMaker
Re: How would you do this? Damn! Clairsentience completely escaped my mind for that power, but that sounds like the way to go. I LOVE this game! Group Hug! Thanks a lot - CraterMaker
