If you don't want to go the multipower route, you can buy a variable advantage naked advantage on your strength that requires a skill roll and get a similar result. It's been used in the construction of one published brick villain, Morningstar. If it looks a bit pricey, you can add extra time on it to make it a bit cheaper. That way you can use terrain to your heart's content AND do all the other cool brick tricks like slapping the ground, wrapping telephone poles around thugs, and concussion wave claps.
