Can multiple characters contribute to the cost of a Power?

Hi Steve -

 

Kind of related to the RMU question...

 

Vehicles and Bases specifically note that a group of characters can divide the cost between them. Can the concept be applied to Powers?

 

For example, four elemental lords each have a blast of their appropriate element (fire blast, water blast, etc.). But when all four are together, they can jointly use a much larger blast of raw elemental power. No single one of them can use it... they must all be present, all be willing, and so on.

 

Can the cost of this Power be determined, then split amongst the four as though they were jointly paying for a Base or some such? Thanks!

Under the rules as written, there's no provision for that. But whatever the GM's willing to allow is cool by me. In fact, I've built characters just like you describe, with the GM's permission.
