Am I correct in assuming that Clairsentience built with the Transmit adder could, effectively, send the images/sounds (if built with those Sense Groups) of the area being viewed by the Clarisentience to a character/vehicle/base without those said things being within the "sensing" range of the clairsentience?
For example (because that sounded REALLY confusing): If I built a base with Clairsentience as the "Cameras", with enough area to cover the base, then stuck Transmit on it, could a character X miles away "See" through the bases cameras? (flip through the various camers if it had multiple perception points, etc)?
