The write up for the AH-64 Apache Longbow Attack Helecopter on page 79 of The Ultimate Vehicle has something called "Increased Deceleration (8" per hex)" listed in it's Rotor-Based Flight Power. there is no cost listed, nor a Modifier value. I cannot find a definition for this anywhere in TUB or other book. What is it, what is it's value and where can I find the rule information for it?
