Zed-F
I checked the FAQ and couldn't find anything about this. Missle Deflect normally works against any attack that is aimed at the deflector, but not against AoE attacks that target his hex. The rules for spreading allow you to spread an EB to cover a hex; however, this isn't a 'true' AoE in the sense that you still have to hit the target's DCV. (I suppose you could consider a spread EB to be a non-selective AoE.) Given that it does not actually have an AoE advantage, is a standard EB spread to cover an area deflectable? Apparently this is covered on 5ER 380, but I only have FREd. What does 5ER have to say on this?
