3. If Suppress is bought with Charges, the Suppress effect lasts for the one Phase the Charge is active, then it ends and the Suppressed points immediately return to the victim. If the Charges are Continuing Charges, the effect lasts until the duration of the Charge expires, then the points immediately return. If the Charges are Continuing Fuel Charges, the character has to keep expending 1 second’s worth of fuel per Phase to maintain the Suppress; as soon as he stops doing this, the points immediately return.
If we are talking about a suppress (or succor) bought with the continuous advantage, does the power consume an additional continuing charge every phase it is active, until such time as it runs out of continuing charges or the owner declines to make new attacks?
If a continuous power is fueled by a continuing fuel charge, does it start to use up increasingly more fuel every phase the power is active, or do you need multiple continuing fuel charges to enable multiple 'instances' of the power to be active simultaneously?
