Hitting the Head during a Grab

If you have successfully grabbed the head (or any other location you've specifically targeted) and want to attack that location during your grab, do you still receive the Hit Location modifiers for attacking that location?

 

For example, if I wanted to crush someones head, and successfully grabbed that location, to I still make attack rolls at -8 OCV when crushing?

No, but you don’t obtain the damage multipliers and other benefits for hitting it, either. If you willingly accept the penalty, then you get the damage multipliers.
