Steve Long Posted December 28, 2005 Report Share Posted December 28, 2005 Re: AOE Transfer If a character with an Area Of Effect Transfer is within the Area of Effect and doesn’t have Personal Immunity, enough Power Defense to block the attack, or some other way to protect himself, he’s affected to the same extent as anyone else in the Area.
