You can buy the book for $24.99, buy the PDF for $16.99 or get both in the bundle for $38.00! I just wish I hadn't just emptied out my credit card account this morning. Oh well - payday is soon I'll just add that I'm only going to get the PDF - my local (and only) games store is desparate for custom, and I can wait until they get the hardcopy - and buy it from them.
