Speaking Idiomatic English (all dialects): 5 Points.
Dust Raven
Re: Linguistic Confusion If the character speaks "Irish English" and would like to speak... um... "everywhere else English?", it would only cost 1 point. It's basically the difference between a 4 point native speaker, and 5 points for all dialects of a single language. For the same character to also speak Gaelic (any dialect), the cost is unmodified due to the differences in the languages.
