Grab and Teleport with Extra Mass

According to the book and FAQ, if you want to take along an unwilling target with Teleport, you must buy the Teleport UAA. But I'm confused under what conditions the target is no longer considered to be "unwilling".

 

Assuming the teleporter has bought Teleport with enough Extra Mass, but not UAA:

If the target is Grabbed, and does not escape by the teleporters next Phase, can he teleport with the Grabbed target?

 

What if the target is Engangled?

 

Unconscious?

 

Unaware of the possibility of being Teleported?

A character with Teleportation who Grabs a character cannot then Teleport and carry the Grabbed character with him unless (a) he has enough Increased Mass to handle the extra weight and the GM permits this, or ( the character has both (1) Teleportation (to Teleport himself) and (2) a Teleportation UAA power (to Teleport the Grabbed target against his will). This applies even if the target is unconscious, Entangled, Stunned, unaware of the possibility of being Teleported, or the like.
