I was recently putting all of my characters into HD format. I decided to also put all of the characters in my books into HD. Now, i know that there are downloads for this in HD format on the online store, but i'm incredibly cheap.
Anywho,... under the published version of Nighthawk in Champions, he has a power listed as "+6 versus range modifiers". Now i used to know this stuff in my sleep, so this is kinda embarassing, but where in FREd (5th, not revised) would i find this, and how would I do this in HD?
