I've read through the various other UAA TP questions, and I don't have 5ER so I'm basically looking for clarification.
Can a person that has TP bought with UAA teleport themselves without having AoE, or similar advantage?
To clarify further, can this construct be used by the character to TP herself?
Teleportation Marble: Teleportation 10", x2 Increased Mass, Range Based On STR (+1/4), Usable As Attack (+1) (56 Active Points); OAF Expendable (Easy to obtain new Focus; -1)
