Is the "rank" fringe benefit necessary if one follower can give orders to another?
Example: A player abuses the X2 for +5 points rule and buys 128 followers and says his character is the head of an independant militia. He decides 8 of these should be seargants and have command over their own units. His seargants will not be able to use their rank when interacting with any other soldiers other than the ones the player has as followers, so the perk won't really do anything for them. Should the GM still make the player apply it?
