bubblegmkd
I'm looking to build a villain that basically has no control over his tremendous power....his powers change iradically...constantly in flux. He might have an ego blast that shifts to a drain that changes into a force field. I do want him to be able to control his powers when he has them but no control of how and when they change...my first instinct is to have it change very frequently. any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated
Ghost Archer
Re: How would you build? Variable Power Pool, 10 base + 7 control cost, Powers Can Be Changed As A Zero-Phase Action (+1), No Skill Roll Required (+1); Character Has No Choice Regarding When Or How Powers Change (-1) Adjust the base points to fit your power level. sbarron
Re: How would you build? I think you could come up with sets of powers that manifested themselves as a group, or a list of powers that the GM could chose from that all fit in the VPP. Also, maybe you could make a list of say...20 powers, any 3 or 5 of which could fit in the VPP together. Then create a random roll chart for all the powers, so that at any time you or your GM could roll to see which of the 20 powers are currently working.
