Remember to allow for reach and other tricks if appropriate. diameter of 10m -> circumference of 10*3.14 meters (circ = pi * diam) that is 31.4 meters, call it 16 hexes for simplicity. 65 meters long... 32.5 hexes long If you're trying to fill the cylinder with hex paper, then I suggest a shredder and a lot of patience.
