Can a character use his Casual STR to resist Knockback? For example, if a STR 60 character is hit by an attack which does 6" of Knockback, can he brace himself against it using his Casual STR of 30 (completely negating the Knockback) as a 0 Phase action? If so, would the other usual requirements for that maneuver apply, i.e. declare in advance that he was resisting Knockback, need a suitable surface to brace against, suffer half DCV?
