1-when you got a a constant power like FF in the rules book it said you paiid endurance at your phase right? so a character with 2 of speed (6,12) have to paid (two times in a turn) so a character with 3 of speed have to paid 3 times in a turn to keep is FF right?........so a character with more speed have to paid more endurance for a constant power for the same result?

2- if my character with 2 of speed (6,12) activate is FF on is phase at segment 12 and is attacked in segment 3 he can defend himself with is FF witout aborting is phase 6?

hope i am clear

That is correct constant powers cost END on each of the character's phases. It is a balancing issue, mainly. That is about the only down side of having a higher SPD.

Yes, the defense will be there between the character's phases. Powers like Darkness, Invisibility and Change Environment will also work between segments. The only exception would be when Continuous is put on a damaging power like Energy Blast. After the power first effects the target it will only effect the target on the character's phases (exception for AoE in certain specific situations).
