TheQuestionMan
Re: [POWER] Photon Manipulation - Concept Alright then. Does this power set theme look acceptable to GMs? What Powers would you use to gain these effects? (Please Note I am operating under a Point Limit) How would you design this Power Framework? Thank you QM
Cygnia
Re: [POWER] Photon Manipulation - Concept Your powers concept...what are its origins? Are these inherent abilities (alien, mutant, etc) or are they tech or magic based (spell/gadget pool? with or without foci?)? You looking to add any offensive damage capabilities like an Energy Blast or are you content to be a stealth scout and "debuffer" of enemies with the Darkness and Flash attacks (nothing wrong with that in a team line-up)? TheQuestionMan
Re: [POWER] Photon Manipulation - Concept The Gem is an Heirloom left over from his great grandfather. It is actually a Photon Manipulator, it's 31st century science way beyond anything of the 21st century. Mentiac of UNITY could not explain it, nor could Malvan science explain how it works. Cheers QM

I'm especially fond of the concept of "Too Bright To See" and making it a Darkness attack rather than just using the default of Flash. Nicely creative. Sadly, my HERO-fu is weak in the area of power frameworks so I'm no help there...sorry. -Carl-
