lensman Posted August 10, 2007 Report Share Posted August 10, 2007 My players are entering a desert wasteland scape. How do I model the distortion from heat? -'s to OCV? 2x Range mods? Flat out miss chance based on Images that the target is in another hex? Invisible to IR based on higher than body temp background heat?
