Admittedly, my introduction came through this document on the HARP website (HARP being a significant improvement over RMSS): http://www.harphq.com/free_downloads/Heikkinen.MARP2.5.pdf If you have the SM: P Core book or any supplements, feel free to use those for additional reference. The point is to just see how you would do this in package deal formats for the various races, professions, cultures, and training packages. Good luck.
