Mark Rand
This is one of the heroes that will be rotated out of IST Pittsburgh as the PCs come in. Like all of them, he's fresh out of the IST boot camp. Additionally, he spend only one week training with the armor before joining the IST. The armor itself is 6 feet tall and resembles the Lion Voltron. Like all powered armors, it has flight, life support, communications, and sensory systems. It also provides protection to its wearer, amplifies the wearer's STR and DEX, and has weapons. The man in the costume wears glasses because he's nearsighted, has hay fever, and otherwise resembles Keith from Voltron: The Third Dimension. According to him, he grew up in Colorado Springs. At age 18, he tried to enlist in the air force, but failed his physical. One day, after graduating from art school, he found a strange rock that popped when he picked it up, leaving a thick fluid that quickly evaporated. That night, he dreamed that he was Voltron. He awoke the next morning to find himself in the armor. Thus far, he has found that he can fly at 30 mph, and activate two weapons, the blazing sword and spinning laser blades. JmOz
Re: Voltron 30 mph seems REALLY slow to me for flight I would also personaly make the suit more monocrome (probably based on the black lion, give it hands instead of mouth's, probably remove the lions from the boots as well

As far as speed goes, the 30 mph is the combat speed. Although he doesn't know it, yet, the suit can do Mach 6.
