A character taking a Recovery expends a Full phase Action and it occurs at the end of the Segment (after all other characters who have a Phase that Segment have acted. (5er, p. 424)
So if character A starts a Haymaker on character B during Segment 8, who then takes a Recovery on Segment 9, what happens?
