I usually build it like this: Vanishing Teleport: Teleportation 10" (20 Active Points); Must Pass Through Intervening Space (-1/4), Requires A Stealth Roll (Active Point penalty to Skill Roll is -1 per 20 Active Points; -1/4), Limited Power Power loses about a fourth of its effectiveness (Only when viewers he is aware of are not looking; -1/4) Or y'know.... what Ghost Angel just said Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
