If a character buys an Attack Power (EB or RKA) with more than one Modifier that causes the effect to be Stun Only (meaning BoECV, NND, and AVLD), assuming they don't inherently conflict, and he wants the Power to do BODY, does he need to buy the Does BODY Advantage more than once?
