Mind Scan and Line Of Sight

Steve, I can wait for an answer to this question until it's less painful to type.

 

If an Attack Power that's not a Mental Power is built with the Advantage, Line Of Sight, can you use Mind Scan to target someone with it even if the target isn't within view, as with Mental Powers? Or must the target literally be within the attacker's line of sight?

No — a power with the Line Of Sight Advantage requires that the user actually have LOS, it cannot be targeted via Mind Scan.
