Suppose I have 6" running bought at 0 END, and I want to create a power in a multipower that lets me run faster. Suppose I buy +10" running. When I run using this power, do I pay:
a) 2 END - the end for the running not bought at 0 END, or
3 END - since the 0 END advantage doesn't have enough AP to cover all of the running in use, it doesn't cover any of it.
