I would definitely include both Delayed Return Rate and Expanded Effect on Adjustment Powers. I might even include Variable Effect. I probably wouldn't include Variable Effect at base, since it doesn't itself make the damage worse, unless it was used to get the All Of Special Effect. Fireg0lem Posted August 26, 2009 Report Share Posted August 26, 2009 Re: March of the Munchkin I count Variable Advantage as the amount of advantage that you can apply, ie, +1/2 Variable Advantage (+1) counts as 1/2 for the purpose of DCs, not as +1.
