That's boy's growing up and recoming a responsible ruler. Still, Galactic Champions is coming, and he was still a threat in 3000 CE in 5E. When the new CU comes out you'll see the Cryptic version of Arvad, which means he can't still be a villain a thousand years from now. If I had to play it out a few years from now, he'd probably go down swinging in a big climactic battle against the evil Lemurians after reconciling at long last with his Empyrean kinsmen... but I will follow Cryptic's lead wherever they choose to go. I prefer to see his brother finally give in to his suppressed rage and rip that scrawny mentalist's head off his shoulders and then feet it to the reprogrammed shapeshifter for good measure.
