I want to use the martial arts maneuver 'Offensive Strike' with this weapon. Can I buy two Offensive Penalty Skill Levels for two character points to compensate for the -2 OCV of the specific weapon? And can I then for another two character points buy two more Offensive Penalty Skill Levels to compensate for the -2 OCV modifier imposed the the 'Offensive Strike' martial arts maneuver? Sean Waters Posted November 23, 2009 Report Share Posted November 23, 2009 Re: Offensive Penalty Skill Levels - Question I'm not over my newbieness yet I have a feeling you can not use PSLs to counter manoeuvre penalties - you need to use 'normal' skill levels, but I may be making that up. Technically these should be 2pt Combat Skill Levels with a specific weapon. No. On the second, specifically disallowed in the description of PSLs.
